  Rude staff and doctors to the point of patronising, takes ages to get through to reception. Can't do telephone appointments, you have to go in, in person.

  Great doctors surgery. (this review based on the last 1.5 years using them fairly often as my health is not great) i moved to Rickmansworth from battersea where it would take 2-3 weeks to get an appointment to here where i can literally get one the same day most of the time or the next day no problem. The other reviewer is outdated who said they dont do telephone appointments as that is BS.. Call the number they even have a fully automated service which just got me an appointment for two hours later, excellent! Another great thing is they are very good as they prefer you to see your own doctor as much as possible, if not all the time if available. I have been through several surgeries around london in the last 13 years since moving here crom Australia and can happily/honestly say this is by far the best! Could not ask for more!!
